Consultation
One-hour consultation - we will review the questionnaire you complete ahead of time, physical exam (limited exam for telehealth), make recommendations for lifestyle, labs, and supplements as needed
Follow-up/ lab discussion
30-minute visit to review your lab results, assess, changes you have made to your lifestyle, and make adjustments as needed
3-session package
This package includes a 60-minute consultation and two 30-minute follow-up sessions. This can be a combination of Lyndhurst location or telehealth appointments.
Yearly visit
If you have not been seen in a year, this is a 60-minute visit with a physical exam (limited physical exam for telehealth). Recommendations for lifestyle, laboratory testing, and supplement changes as needed.
